How did you craft that? (formula please).
Seems pretty goood, although I do not like the Lvl 89 Requirement.

btw.. very nice for crafted ammy.. i crafted a chaos noose in 1.09 that was better than the current 1 on West. it had 39 str & 21% all resists & 2 barb skills & 8%ll
