How many times did you atteptp to reconnect. I think that the more you try to reconnect, the longer the ban is

Battle.net claims this is a "temp restriction" and it can last upto 48 hours. I've had it from too quick disconnections or trying to login on too many times in a short amount of time. You could try using a bot and going into tech support channel or going on west and telling them your problem.
