Ok may be a stupid question and may sound noob but what exactly does Enigma +1 Teleport do...does it allow any charactor to teleport..reason for this is because I don't want to make it and find out that its junk..

Yes it gives you teleport skill. Very Very useful.

yah but it gives u the teleport skill level 1 so them mana cost is like 25

I have one and pass it around my different characters all the time. Only time I don't use it is when I play my sorcs, I prefer Tals set. You can pretty much MF with any character as long as you can get some FCR on wep switch (I use Wiz Spike and Lidless). Lately I have been using enigma on my multi/strafe zon for doing Pit runs. It also works wonders for a skelemancer. You can bring all your minions back to where you are. Plus you should already have enough FCR so you can wep switch for more MF on bosses and champions. Man you can go on and on about the advantages of using enigma armor but you only wanted to know if it was any good. Well in a word “yes”.

Its not lvl 1 tele always, It's 1 + all ur plus to skills. I have lvl 15 teleport.

Yes.. All you plus skills adds to teleport.
Currently I have lev 13 tele on my pally

I guess its time that I made myself an enigma armor - what is the best armor to use for that do you think? I always have liked Archon plate - low str req and fairly high def. I there a better armor type for this?

Archon, Dusk Shroud, Wyrmhide are all good. Anything generally with low requirements and considered light armor, so as to not slow you down too much.

archon plate is definatly the best choice, high defense, moderate stength reqirement, and dosn't look too funky on all characters.
