nice % Leech & Ed.. but i thnk its worth upgrading.. bcoz i thnk thresher with 337%ed will have nice dmg and good for dueling with the leech as well

Upgrade it if you plan on using it. If not than just stash it and upgrade it later if you want to use it. But either way its definitely a keeper. Nice find.
