Yes, we can but to prevent spamming from rival forums/sites, we need to keep it in, if it was removed, people would spam 100000 times for their site, with the 30 sec rule, mods/admins can react with a bann/mass move

Taco, as my favourite person on this forum, you should be the one to remove the 30 second timer. Works fine in every other forum I'm at. If people are too spamlicious when you remove the 30 sec thing, just ban them. If they're in the wrong forum that is. :D
