But it is still a nice wep, the dmg isnt really the key Insol, 107% ias, fire dmg, and 100% to cast chain lightning lvl 20, so figure the dmg for that chain lightning with a zeal? or ww even.


1-281 dmg with chain lightning level 20 without any mastery
255 fire dmg
zeal with say 4 swings

4-1124 light dmg
1020 fire dmg

so a possible 1020-2144 elemental dmg.

ITH CB does around 300 avg damage 1 hand, chance to cast XX skill does not work with WW, 107% IAS is overkilling...

And no barb actually duel wield to PvP...

7/4 fury, this being 6/4 fury without a edias (5/4 fury then)
the 100% chance to cast lightning stuns like a motherfucker.
especially if used on a bear, or smiter

sorcs use it to duel each other on east just to absorb their 7k+ dmg ts's (ts does twice the listed damage)
