If you patched it and are still getting that, then chances are you didn't remove it from your pc with symantec's scanner before patching. Go to symantec, and use their scanner.

i heard that you get them if you have cable modem, is this correct?? because we have cable modem and we haven't gotten it yet!!!

I have cable modem and i got it too if you unplug it the computer should work fine also i have the patch(btw can i upload it) a little advice if you want to get rid of it go to run and write shutdown -a

is there a way to prevent it from ever to happen?? i STILL didnt get the virus and we always leave our computer on (we have cable modem)
