eyes hurt at night when looking at screen 2 long

i hate that so much it like hurts my eyes and it makes me wana close them and then i get sleepy =( any1 else have this problem? i was thinking about drinking some coffee to keep my eyes open

Zaggon you can turn the lights of the room on and it will help a lot.

Get one of those screen protection thingies, they filter the radiation and protect ur eyes.....i wish i had bought it before, now im force to wear contacts until i get a job and pay for lasik vision correction =(

Using a refresh rate of 60hz or lower can damage your vision, I think I heard.

this may sound weird but sun glasses seem to work for me altough i do get some weird looks from guests
