Is a 40/15 max or an ohm rune more effective in a shaeffers?

40/15 Max is almost work better than ohm rune in any situation. Only when with Eth. items.

So 40/15 max is better.

Ohm = 50%, 40%/15% = 40% so ohm is 10% better. There the math is done.
