Are Raven Spirals Legit? As well as 40/15 ias jewels?

Raven Spirials are duped, but such rares were once droppable in-game. 40/15 IAS jewels are duped, but again they are droppable.

For d2sellers: Yes they are legit, they wont disapear ( at least not in patch 1.09) .
For 100% legit players: They are not, because they are duped.
