Your CD Is probably like mine, scratched to hell. If its not all scratched up then I dunno what wrong, but its probably has scratches in it.

It matters not whether you win or lose; what matters is whether I win or lose.

I have this pretty good cd repair kit. Its called Game doctor.
It comes with a cleaning liquid (But its just specially purified water, i can make my own :P) a nice cleaning cloth, a buffering pad (to keep it shiny ;) ), and the game doctor itself.
I found that it cleared up all light and medium scratches. It doesn't really help with deep scratches though.
It costs about $20, at least around here in Michigan

I still couldnt get it to load :(
well your going to have to either borrow one of your friends and copy it to a large blank cd (dvd most likley) or go buy a new one.

this has nothing to do with scratches, this happened to me before, just fully un-install it, delete the folder, and install it in a different drive, that worked for me, post back here if that works, not fucking running it under cold water... this isn't a burn...
