There is a way, because it is so. I have a friend that looks smaller than me, but could bench press a lot more than I can. I dunno, it's weird.
I also know a girl who is chubby but can run 4-5 miles nonstop at top speed, each mile in under 7 1/2 minutes.
Perhaps it's best if you don't judge by appearances afterall... ?

Well, even I can admit that some spectacular things happen from unexpected things. Maybe you should not try to put up so much weight, and try to do a shit load of lighter weights, you will get a lot more cut.

I'm on a daily running and low weight/ high rep workout cycle, and it is really making a big difference. Just a suggestion though.

I got three for free in two days.
One was for signing up for this (free) coffee club thing where they send you samples of certain exotic coffee beans once a month, then saying that we didn't get it in the mail so they sent another one, then another one because we live in Reno and they are always doing resort recruiting things, if you listen to a guy telling you about his resorts for 3-4 hours then they give you free stuff, including 4 days 3 nights free in a good hotel in Vegas or somewhere like that, and you don't have to pay for shit, you don't have to buy shit, just listen. ;)
We do it when we're bored and want free shit...
