1: Is there possible to dupe items in closed b.net now (1.09) ?
2: If yes, How ?
3: is there anyway to protect myselfe from trade hax or such things ?
4: is there any way to know if an item is dupe ??

As for number 3. I think the new maphack has a feature that shows if the item is just and image, or if its real.

There is a way to dupe, only it's very rarely you get a chance. When you get the message "The Realm is shutting down in xx minutes" just transfer everything off then wait in the game.
