fast cast belt

i have heard from chronic that fast cast belts were removed from a patch. is a 10% fcr belt any good cuz i have one and how much do u think its worth, its crafted btw.

no, u can craft fcr belts still, but what i was saying is, in .8 patch they could go up to 15% MAX! now they capped it at 10%, but anyways yes they still go for allot if they got fast hit recov, str/dex and resists
