*.dc6 to *.jpg

Anyone have or know of a freeware prog to convert *.dc6 and *.dcc files to *.jpg and *.tiff from d2data.mpq and d2exp.mpq?

Also, I need a prog to extract and convert the video from the *.mpq's.

My photo editing software does it when you click "save as"

All i have to do is change what type to save as.
