Buriza ~Vs~ Eagle

I think Eaglehorn is Over Rated if you ask me
10 Sojs for a Eaglehorn on east (WHY!!!!)

I Have a 198% Buriza and
at lev 85 it does 101-378 damage

i Have a 200% eagle on same
char and it does 48-300 damage

And a Buriza is now Hardly worth an soj
just dont make any sense to me

the only thing i see that eagle has is +1 to Amazon skills

Eagle for duels, buriza for duels/monsters.
I like slowing them with buriza cold / nos coil in duels then picking those barbs or whatever other class clean with eagle (ignore target def).

either way, buriza is better than eagle all in all. i'd rather save up 40 sojs for a windforce that spend 10 on an eagle.

its a novelty and its not the best or even that good.
we all know.. to do 4k with a buriza you need low effort but to make the eagle horn the least bit useful you need to have alot of 40/15 jewels
imo 08 eahglehorn is another good novelty weapon
i recently traded mines for a wf, a few +`14 dmg charms and 11ll rings ;)

eagle is overrated, you can get a cruel hydra that does miore dmg then eagle and could be faster if you got a 2 socket... for pvp is blows monkey cock, buriza is very powerful in dueling

acually shaeffers is very good for cows.

but id use a dead low 150% buriza over eagle anyday.

Umm, it's not really a matter of which one is better. Eaglehorn is only for mercs. As far as I know, that's all it's ever been good for however, this doesn't explain why ballista is 1soj and eaglehorn is 7~10 :(

Ballista drops like crazy, Eagle drops just a little better than GF. Since there's more Buriza's out there and they drop often, they're cheap.

Yes, that is true, buriza's tend to drop more than eagles, and I like using eagles to make a fire arrow merc or lightning merc and use it in a duel with my sorc.

Eagle is an elite unique, while Buriza is exceptional so this makes it more common for buriza to drop, and why its much cheaper.

Plus a good dueler and character set up with eagle can beat someone with buriza easy.

i could Easily have 2k hp maxed dr and do 4k with buriza
while for you to get 4k dmg you would need 160/60 120/45
therefore i kill you one shot 1-5 peircing's

Yea but Good duelers know how to not get hit by shots from Buriza's. Buriza's fire rate is pretty slow and its easy to dodge the bolts at long range.

ok so we know eagle horn is worth more cuz it's elite and doesn't drop nearly as much as buriza, but it is clearly only useful on a merc which seems strange, cuz i wouldn't expect blizzard to design a really rare weapon that specifically designed for a merc....wierd

yeah btw ballistas are so damn annoying, my bot picks them up constantly and they take up a shitload of space and sell for only 1soj :(

I'll give you a couple sojs for a 200% one i need to ohm or 40/15 max one.
Even next to a wf the cold dmg + peirce is key for blocklocking people.(sorcs)
