D2 Hacks

If you guys don't mind i have a few questions i've had for quite a while...

1) If I use D2HackIt, would bnet be able to detect me and ban me?

2) One of my friend told me never to download any diablo hack because he downloaded one before and it was some trojan that hacks his computer and stole his account... anyone know can this be true and how can i prevent this?

3) Can someone give me a safe site to download D2Hackit and other necessary hacks?

1) if u send illegal packets yes, but if u use it without illegal packets then no
