I just cracked the case! MasterAC is Gordon freeman, HL2 has been delayed because he hasn't been in the motion capture room, all he has been doing is visit zelaron!! Want proof?

Yeah, amazing. In fact, if Gordon gained some weight, got a tan, cut his hair, got new glasses, disconnected his moustache from his beard, got some rhinoplasty to widen his nose, and had a complete facial reconstruction (cheekbones, forehead, etc), it would be nearly a perfect match.
