A 3 ghz, Intel P4 800mhz FSB processor?

I'm thinking ASUS might be good, but I'm not sure.

i have an asus it's pretty good
and a good motherboard is for...

More Memory Capability
More CPU Capability
More PCI/AGP Card slots
Onboard sound
Onboard ethernet
Overclocking Capabilities
And Bus Speeds but that is kinda like Over clocking capabilities
Dual CPU support and whole bunch of other shit you have to consider
