nod but i'm basically trying most things out, lightwave is hell good at architectual modelling, layers rock (some other packages offer layers too... but they don't work half as well as LW's layering system) the only thing i don't like LW now is the seperation between modeler and layout AND how move/rotate whatever have no handles

The move/rotate is something I agree with but I love the modeler and layout seperate.
