Oh it is a college type, they call it a Graphic School, but they have summer things for HS people like me... it is cheap since it is paid mostly by my school to send me.

I guess they want to get more people into the area of Graphic Art, the school is called Arts Instatuite(spellcheck). It is all over USA, but the one here in Florida is the best and they said if you go to the summer thing, like 5 people get free schooling, scholarships(spellchecK) for the school. It was only for 11th/12th graders so this is my year to shine , my school wants to send me and this other kid(I HATE THIS KID, he is gay), so I am trying get my cousin to go.

I think the camp is to understand how the school works, so they teach small things. Anyone can go, but it cost them more.

Yeah, I tried looking for people who could code/texture/map and etc, so I can make a mod team, but no one here can do that stuff. only coder I know is Mantralord, and I am the only person I know who can do graphics around here.
