Settin up a new site - Need Help Installing A Login Script

I'm setting up a new website and am trying to install a "Login" script. I downloaded a few but didn't know how to install . Plez Helpp. I gib cookie + french frie.

You're trying to "install" a "login script"? That's your problem. You "build" a site arround a "user management system", not the other way arround.
