In no particular order:

Star wars: Attack of the Clones - yoda fight. Enough said.

Star Wars: Return of the Jedi - Probably the most kick ass movie of all time. I loved this movie so much. Everything was great about it. A great ending to a great trilogy.

Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back - Loved quite a bit about this movie. The hoth battle was pretty cool. Every other battle in any Star Wars movie was cool, so I don't know what to say. I just love these.

Star Wars: A new hope - The beginning of the greatest trilogy of all time.

Star Wars: Phantom Menace - Pod Race. Darth Maul fight. Hell, I think I'm the only one who liked Jar Jar. What's not to love about this movie. I think I'm going to go watch Star Wars as soon as I'm done with this post.

Matrix - The original kicked almost as much ass as star wars. When you hear that from me, that's saying something. It was almost a new genre in itself. The storyline was amazing. The action scenes were like nothing you have ever seen before. Some of the best one-on-one fights ever. It was an AWESOME movie.

Matrix: Reloaded - After watching the first movie, you would think the action scenes could get no better. They did. The freeway chase. Neo battling hundreds of Smiths. Fucking awesome. Only reason this movie wasn't better than the first because this one left you hanging, and the plot got kind of convoluted.l

Independence Day: - I love almost all Will Smith movies (except wild wild west), but this definitely had to be his best one. Great aerial fight scenes, great story, not too twisted, this was my favorite movie for a LONG time, until I got reacquainted with Star Wars.

Spider Man 2 - I thought the first movie was OK. I thought the second movie kicked ass. Honestly, I don't know what set it apart, but it was just a great movie.

Scarface - do you really need to ask?

Favorite Movies:

1. Office Space
– Great movie. Almost every line in the movie is quotable. Comedic Genius

2. Godfather Trilogy
- Watch them back-to-back 1- 3. Great way to spend an otherwise boring day

3. Pulp Fiction
– In my opinion this is the best movie than Tarantino has ever made.

4. LOTR Trilogy
- Great movies. DonÂ’t waste your time on the short versions. Extended versions are what you need to watch. ItÂ’s much better experience if you have read the books.

5. Starwars trilogy
– Great story.

6. Super Troopers
– I laugh my ass off every time I watch it. More great quotables.

7. Robotech Macross Saga
– Yea it’s kinda old but its what originally got me into anime so I have to give credit where credit is due.

8. Vampire Hunter D
– The original and Bloodlines. Awesome.

9. Ninja Scroll
– The fight scenes and super villains are second to none. Would have been #8 but then Bloodlines came out and stole the spot.

10. Usual Suspects
– Awesome storyline. Keeps you guessing.

No particular order:

Hero - Love chinese martial arts movies and the story of this one is great too, almost has a fairy tale feel on it.

Crouching tiger hidden dragon - Again Chinese martial arts movie, great stuff.

lotr trillogy - Great story and amazing battles.

Star Wars episode 4,5,6
- Those are just classic, best science fiction ever.

Scarface - Best gangster movie.

Matrix - The original is IMO the best of the 3, didnt have the ''wow!'' feeling as much with the second and third than with the original matrix.

Pulp Fiction - This is the best Tarantino film IMO, hard and hilarious.

Predator 1&2 - 1 was better but I list them both because the predator just fucking owns all, cant wait for Alien vs Predator to come out.

Man, I was thinking about this the other day, and there is no way in hell I could possibly make a definitive list of my favorite movies without breaking it up into my own specific genres. Key words are, my own specific genres. I know I'm probably going to miss a few movies, but I'm only human. If I wanted to make a super in depth list, it would easily take me a few days of deliberation, so I'll just spit out a few of my favorites off the top of my head.

Well, it seems that I've outdone myself here. I told you I can't make an easy list of movies. Like I said before, I've probably seen just about every movie known to man since the mid-80's, and this is my compiled list of must sees. Everyone must see all of these movies before they will die, or they will rot in hell.

Mofia Movies:

The Godfather: Brando wasn't crazy, Pacino's in his prime (And still is), Cahn plays a badass motha Sonny! This movie was revolutionary for Hollywood plots on Italians.

The Godfather II: Almost kicked as much ass as the original, and maybe it did! Pacino is a maniac, and I loved every second of both these flicks. Wish I could say the same about the third...

Carlito's Way: Pacino has to be one of my favorite actors of all time. Kickass story that had me on the edge of my seat consistently. Godly.

Casino: How could you not love the Pesci and De Niro combo here? This movie had it all, and when I say had it all, I fucking mean it, with an exclamation point on any wise comments involving a pen and sticking it up De Niro's ass.

Donnie Brasco: Depp and Pacino are pure genius. I've always liked Depp's movie, but this one is by far my favorite one of his. The best part about it, it really happened. This is based on a true story, and those movies always have that extra "umph" that put it over the edge.

Goodfellas: Holy. Fucking. Shit. Liotta, De Niro, and Pesci put together one of the best casts for a Mob movie and mesh together wonderfully in this flick. Again, Godly, and if you haven't seen it, die.

Mofia movies have to definitely be one of my favorite movie categories ever. I'm dead serious, if you even remotely like Mob movies and you haven't seen any of these movies, they are a definite must. I give you my word.

Epic Battle Movies:

Braveheart: Mel Gibson is pure genius. Heh, probably the single most motivating movie I've ever seen. I've never wanted to kill someone so badly, like so many characters, and cry in the same movie. Yes, cry, and I'm not afraid to admit it.

Gladiator: Fucking kickass. Crowe played one of the most badass mo-fo's ever, until a more recent movie, which I will list soon enough. I probably would kill for Maximus, and sacrifice myself for his cause if he was alive today.

Troy: Although it didn't get that good of a review, I loved it. Only because the Epic Battle movies have been done and done lately, doesn't mean this movie wasn't awesome. Pitt played Achilles, and that is the one man that could take out Maximus, and that hurts to say.

The Last Samurai: Not only was the fighting great, but the story was compelling as well. That culture is amazing and it is a good change of pace to see a movie like this, especially when Cruise does all his swordplay and can actually weild a sword as he did in the movie.

The Patriot: I was going to put this in another category, but it belongs here, IMO. It was good to watch, got me involved in the characters during the movie, and of course, seeing Mel Gibson go 110% ape shit on that Brit almost made me cream myself. FINE. It did..

War Movies:

Saving Private Ryan: Spectacular. One of the first of it's kind to go into such depth and artistic screenplay. I loved every second of it. Fantastic. Brilliant.

A Few Good Men: Definitely an entertaining movie, and although no real war action was in the movie, it did involve the Army. Great acting by Nicholson and Cruise.

We Were Soldiers: Just when you thought all the movies on war were played out, this movie is made. It was a wonderfully shot movie, and the action was intense, non-stop, and almost too real. It got so many different perspectives, such as American's, Vietnamese, and the wives of both sides.

Full Metal Jacket: Awesome portrayal of war, and pre-war settings. The sniper scene was heart wrenching, and the beginning antics of the drill sergeant are unforgettably funny. GG.

Glory: Awesome movie for Matthew Broderick and Denzel. A different look at war, involving the thoughts, actions, and heroics of the first all-black volunteer company during the Civil War. Great movie.

Crime Movies:

The Usual Suspects: By far one of my favorite movies ever! Spacey is pure genius, the cast is awesome, and the plot is one of a fucking kind. The ending made me want to shit bricks.

Pulp Fiction: I couldn't possibly find a better duo to play Samuel L. and Travolta. Some of the most memorable quotes ever are from this movie, and Tarantino became a living legand.

The Silence of the Lambs: This movie sincerely scared the shit out of me. Hopkins is a beast for this role and played it to a damn tee!

Se7en: Freeman and Pitt outdid themselves here. This was not only intriguing, but original as fuck, and kept me guessing so much!

American History X: Honestly, this was almost life revolutionizing. Norton is by far one of the best actors out there, and he played a fantastic reformed KKK member. The message was great and the movie was awesome.

Heat: KICKASS!! GREAT MOVIE!!! Pacino, De Niro, Kilmer, Voight, Sizemore! What the fuck! Who gets all them to be the cast of one of the best movies ever! Sure, it was slow at times, but that was to gain sympathy for each character individually. I've never wanted the bad guy to come out on top so bad! The last hour or so is more than worth anything!

Comedy:

Meet the Parents: Classic Stiller. This movie is so clever and funny, that I can't help but love it!

Old School: I can't help but watch this movie every time it's on TV. It is that funny. The combo of Luke Wilson, Ferrel, and Vaughn is fucking stupendous!

Dumb and Dumber: Jim Carrey at the best type of role he does! I love this movie for so many reasons, and watching Daniels shit a canon ball isn't one of them!

Ace Vetura: Pet Detective: I almost died of laugher the first time I watched this movie. At the time, In Living Color was still aired on TV, and Fire Marshall Bill was my favorite character of alll time. This was classic FMB at it's best!

Airplane!: What can you say about the movie that literally revolutionized comedy as we now view it? It was awesome. If you haven't seen it, do so. Roger, Roger? Do we have clearance, Clarence? What's our vector, Victor?

Randoms that I don't know where to place, but kick major buttocks!:

Forrest Gump: Run Forest run! How could you not love this brilliant retard? This movie was a masterpiece no matter how you look at it. The amount of effort that was put into the "clever factor" of this movie is off the charts.

Kill Bill, Volume 1: Tarantino is at it again. This movie had more action, wonderful screen play, and more ingenuity in it then most movies I've seen in a while. GG Quentin.

Lord of the Rings trilogy: Breath-taking at worst. I've never seen sequals that get more captivating and intriguing on such an exponential scale as these. Wow!

American Beuaty: Original. Very well made movie, and kept me interested. Made me really wonder about other people's lives that look like they have everything together. Maybe they don't? Maybe no one does? Great movie.

Shawshenk Redmeption: This movie was awesome. Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman were awesome. Everything that goes down in prison is horrendous, and to make such a spectacular movie out of something that horrific is amazing. Beginning, middle, and end had me hooked at all times. A favorite of mine, no doubt.

Swimming with Sharks: Surprisingly, not a very well known movie, but a good one at that. Only recently did I see this movie, and was pleasantly surprised. Spacey played the perfect asshole boss in Hollywood, and the ending was quite the surprise. Cool idea, cool movie.

The Sixth Sense: Finally, a Bruce Willis movie that I actually like enough to put in the list of my favorites. This movie was great, but I didn't actually realize it until I saw it the second time and put it together. Awesomely done.

Jerry Maguire: Cruise and Cuba hook up to make this sports agent movie dynamite! Show me the money, and show me a great movie! Delivered, signed, and sealed!

Rain Man: Hoffman and Cruise were great together. "343 matchsticks." "Yeah." "Uh oh. Fart." Classic plot, great acting, awesome movie.

Devil's Advocate: Keanu is not as bad an actor as every claims he is, and this movie proves just that. Pacino was great, and this part was made for Reeves. Charlize is beautiful as always, and the trio shines.

Matrix Trilogy: Whoa. This was amazing, and all of them kick heavy Mr. Smith ass, all bajillion of them! Extremely intriguing plot, and very well done by the Wachaski Brothers. Congrats.

Fight Club: "Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off." That is a wonderful introduction to how this movie plays out. All the intricacies in this movie are ridiculous.

Will update on reasons later, but I forgot to add these:
Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels:
Snatch:
Good Will Hunting:
Primal Fear:

Somewhat in order.

1. Underworld: Mostly action, all night scenes, it was storming most of the time, and the fights were terrificly done.

2. Rush Hour 2: Jackie Chan is awesome and Chris Tucker is so damn funny.

3. Secret Window: Good plot, surprise ending.

4. Spiderman 2: Kickass!

5. Streetfighter: Good fighting action, Jean Claude Van Dam (Guile) kicked the shit out of Raul Julia (M. Bison) before he died (in real life he died right after filming).
