Post why don't i see "bot discussion/help" category anymore in forums?

I got a link from mantralord here, but can't see it there next to general, pvp, etc anymore. moved out? how do i come here (without clkicking the link i got)?

I have no idea, I'm using the same style and I see it just fine.
