Question Transparant in psp 6 ????

now this sucks, i can't find out how to draw transparant
im making a sig for gendark and i want a BG, so id just convert all the black to transparant but i can't find the 'transparant color' anywhere

some help would be appreciated

Make sure you're working with a transparent layer (double click the layer to bring up the properties, then hit enter) and that tranparency isn't locked, then use the magic wand to select the black part, and hit delete

gonna try it now, wish me luck ;-)

edit: transparacy is unlocked on all layers, but how do i select it as a color ?
edit: Oh nevermind, for some reason it worked when i locked and unlocked it

Transparency isn't a color. You make things transparent by deleting them. Or using the eraser on them

oh well... deleting them made them the secondary selected color before i locked and unlocked transp
