Storm witches are just harpies that shoot lightning. Most overpowered low level monsters in the game.

More or less, and considering in Charred Vale you can't aggro just one, she brings 2 or so of her friend with her. Pretty annoying.

Actually, I hate the Murloc Oracles muc more in any area. Their aggro range is insane, as is the range on their lightning attacks.
