sup n00bs.. Sprinting Records

for the first time in a while i timed myself sprinting.. i cleared 400m in 49 seconds which is a p.b for me i was stoked. i went all out and ended up nearly passing out when i stopped.

edit: don't think I will beat you, I got 50 lbs on you...

right now i weigh 180-190 pounds with 11% bf. my short distant sprints could be improved but im still happy with my results.

How did you calculate your body fat?

I think the doctors have some kind of machine that does it... not sure exactly, but I heard about it in health class during a lecture. I can't remember it, too much, though.

my personal trainer helped me do it, i dont know exactly how. there are loads of ways to get find it that are pretty accurate

I wouldn't call them idiots if they get a nice sham good paying job teaching some soccer mom how to run properly on a treadmill. Sounds pretty smart infact.
