maybe I shouldnt say "new", but improved. Like the pen tool in PS is very very powerful if you know how to use it.

... they have i think, wocpads *i forget the term* but if i remember right, its a pad you write on with a pen, thats like a mouse, the best one i think had 75 layers of pressure, that ps has integrated to make pictures like this very easily (or i should say make it easier, this is very hard)

it's a tablet i own one right now, a intuos2 6x8 tablet

it's wacom tablet

mine is 2048 levels of pressure detection, the lower brand graphire2 have 1024 levels of pressure detection

The painting looks like something Arcipello on devart/conceptart would do. And by brushes he/she probably means using the brush tool, not custom texture brushes. I swear that was made by Arcipello -- identical style. It's not terribly stunning, though. If that was made by him, he's done better. His work often leaves me in awe.

Also, you must have been in a hurry to post it seeing how you spelled the title wrong.
