Rumors of it being removed by Blizz....just want a confirmation on it since im in the market for one.

As far as i know on USWest, everyone still has one. Kinda dumb to remove it, its not even that good.

nub tenken used 08 valk kind of until he sac'ed a few hundred life to use 1/12fhr pb gcs and 5fhr/14+ scs, b4 he use to use 08 valk allot, gives good fhr and fcr instead of buying some godly ass circlet
