Video games can be quite addictive. If you begin forsaking things like eating, sleeping, work, school, drug habits, or caring for your children, then, yes, too many video games can be bad for you.

I have no children, and am quite done with my schooling and drugs, so I've been able to devote those hours toward gaming. Right on.
