I was also wondering what the hell it is....

Best for duel/mf sorc. Use on 4 stockets bug valor, or 3 Open Socket Skullder's Ire,or Stormshield 4 open sockets or Bugged 2 Open Socket Harlequin Crest, or The Oculus 3 Open Sockets.

If you got your hand on those godly items.

Like Ganga mentioned, you want to socket as much jewels as possible. 4 in shield, 4 in armor, 2 in helm, 3 in weapon, that's 13+ skills.

In my opinion, it isn't that great of a jewel for a PvP sorc, but possible better than other choices in some situations.

Might be more useful for MF'ing, but the MF deminishing making it not as great..

nice jewel..i would also say pvp sorc coz its got + skills and +resist

the mf sucks on it my sorc and barb are at lvl 99 and it only says it'll give them about 30% mf

It is still better than a plain IST or PTopaz. Faster kills = more runs.
