Yep it would be azurwrath or Botd...

The unique Phase Blade they mean, not that normal azurewrath. The elite one.

No, I am talking about the normal azurwrath, they made it good. Im not talking about the unique phase blade(LS)....

They didn't make the normal Azurewrath good, they remove it. Normal Azurewrath won't spawn anymore in 1.10, i.e, you will no longer see unique crystal sword.

Azurewrath is now an Elite unique, namely Phase Blade, as mantralord mentioned.
