Maybe, someone had duped que hegan, magefist, ss, shaftstop in the same games as you guys in. That's one possiblility.

I killed a monster and the item fell out of his dead corpse. What does anyone duping in a game have to do with my que hegan's with 15% res all jewel (which I also found by killing a monster and having his corpse donate)?

...You forgot how Blizard delete dupe items? Maybe somehow the id # your Que hegan have is the same with the dupe one, and the jewel don't change anything. So somehow it happened.
