how much str do i need and dex....... and if i use ss and such and get max block how am i suppose to get like 1200 life etc..

then also should i max cold mastery?

no, get about sLvl 25 after all your +skill items or 88%+

dex=237 after lvl 99

str=156 or 133 after+str items (133 if u use a -15% req [jewel/rune])

get a whole fucking invent full of resist and life small charms...or you can try +1 to fire/cold/lightning skillz + 40 life grandcharms

should have 0-20 stat pnts in str
max block
rest in vit
no eng

skills:

max cold mastery

rest in eng shield/warmth

For an alternative you can Pruby the them instead of Jah them. 38 life is not that bad...

my sorc has

shaeled vipermagi
shaeled shako
t.gods
tals amu
storm/lidless wall
waterwalks
2*soj
wizpike/ oculus
magefists

9*cold skill charms (some with life)
13*small 20 life charms (some with mana)

stats:

str for stormshield
enough dex for max block at lvl 99
rest in vita

skills:

max orb
10 cold mastery (really is enough)
max lightning mastery
max thunderstorm
5 warmth
1 in energy shield and chilling armor
all remaining points in teleport (yes teleport now it doesnt cost mana to use teleport which helps alot when ur in need to escape)
