Track & Field question
Reply
Posted 2006-04-02, 08:03 PM
Idk how many people did track and field in their school years but if you did and you remember your events and what times/distances you got or what was good when you did it would be helpful.

I do discus shotput and 100 meter dash

I made a topic about this once but not really that helpful.

I did the 400, the 1500, and the 4x400 relay.

My best times were
400: 52.3 seconds
1500: 4minutes 30 seconds

There are huge hulking guys who can rip you in half but can't run 20 feet. Just because you're muscular doesn't mean you're good at aerobics. Weightlifting doesn't keep your heart rate up unless you're doing a lot of light weights for definition and endurance.
