Evil Grin Resolution issues with RM2k3

Hey I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem. With RM2k3, when I test/play my games in full screen mode, the picture doesn't stretch to fit my monitor. It just plays in a small rectangle in the center of the screen with black space filling the rest of the screen. Does anyone know what causes this and how I can fix it? I messed around with my resolution settings on my PC and it didn't help. RMXP doesn't have that problem for me, but I prefer RM2k3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah, I've gotta computer that does that when I try to play StarCraft on it. I know what you're talking about, but I've never been able to figure out how to fix it, sorry.
