Anyone seen this movie? Someone in my class told me about it, it wasnt in theaters or anything but he told me it was a really good movie. I just watched it and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The ending is, great.
Nah, it's been out for a long time...I remember seeing the commercial with the hand coming out of that one chicks head in the shower.
That was The Grudge. But that was pretty good too. Saw as far as scary movies go, was good, 7/10. The ending was the best part, although it was your classic hollywood "didn't see that coming".

I just got done watching The Grudge. Fuck this movie: it made no sense WHATSOEVER. NO SENSE. This movie and Monkeybone are the two dumbest movies I've ever seen.
Anyway, Saw is a pretty good movie. It's not really scary but it's full of suspense. You won't guess who the killer is until the end of the movie when they make it apparant.
I don't rate scary movies on how much they make sense. I rate scary movies on wether they scare me or not, cause not many movies can scare me now a days...since I'm not 5 anymore.

Japanese version was better.
Saw sucked IMO. And yes it did come out in theatures.
The Grudge sucked 'cause it was a Japanese movie and they took out the important & scariest part of the movie...Godzilla. Otherwise it probably wou'da made sense..
And I just got done watching Saw...it was around 6/10 IMO...too many goddamn flashbacks.
I liked the grudge and saw. I watched saw for the story because the trailers made it look interesting. The whole mindset of the killer, how he does things is interesting, which made the whole movie interesting. As far as why I liked the grudge, I have not seen a movie like that in a long time, and it was me and 10 of my friends in a movie theatre at like midnight. It wasent really scared at all, but I liked how they set up the horror scenes and I liked laughing at the scary parts and making fun of anyone who jumped or made any sort of scared motion =]
I like most movies I see but I went to see Alone in the Dark the next week. That is the WORST movie I have ever seen in my life, I have Never fallen asleep in a theatre, but I did during that movie, or at least I tried to (My friends would throw things at me if I feel asleep... for kicks apparently)
Hmm, here in Holland it wasnt in theaters at all, it came to DVD right away.
spoiler!
From the moment that guy starts sawing off his own foot, I was like . You know at first when you think they almost have the killer, the ex-cop gets shot. Then he gets into the room, the doctor shoots the other guy but hears the deal is off. So your like, ok so the bad guys win in this movie. Then the guy gets his face bashed in and for a moment there you get the feeling things are going to be alright...but then the taperecorder. OMG noooo! The dude thats been lying there presumed dead for the whole time gets up and you just know, they are fucked.
