Need help from lvl 96+ charac

I wanted to do some crafting by gambling on hell, but i heard you need a lvl96+ to get good stuff, so i was wondering if anyone with a lvl 96+ could help me out, i'll provide you with the gold and items needed to craft.

I believe that you only need to be higher than lvl 75, for a chance to get good gear by crafting.

I heard you need to be around lvl 90 to craft ammy that gets +2 to skills
