No, this isn't allowed. He signed up for the specific purpose of advertising his site. This will most likely be shit-canned.

Advertiser with one post on his record? Bad idea. IP banned. User -Bryan- also banned due to an identical IP used to sign up, and connections with Diablo 2. Multi-accounting on Zelaron is likewise against the rules.
