The purpose of computers is to saturate the universe with intelligent computation; intelligence which may last ad aeternum.

All of the above. In essence it's a communications tool, though.

The original computers would have been for work of some sort, whether the work involved working out a calculation, or breaking encrypted German messages.

These days, they're used for more or less anything, particularly, as HoH said, as a communication tool.

Doesn't blogging have two Gs?

Anyways, your choices are limited. Why should Blogging get its own category? Blogging is communicating, and communicating is a much larger range of subjects.

For me, computers are for communicating and programming, which I suppose is working. Every now and then, I like to look things up to learn. So it, as well, is for obtaining information. I used to play games a lot, but now I really don't play games anymore. Back then, however, games were a part of the rest of these as well. Which would mean if blogging was communicating that all of the choices are checked for me.

疲れていますから 寝むってありますね。 むずかしいです。 また、ケーキ屋で ケーキを食べていました。

I've considered being a translator, but I dunno. It feels like a lot of work. If someone gets angry then I have to deal with it, you know? I'd rather just relax.

All of the above.

I game when I have free time at home.
I'll look up information when I'm bored or working on a project.
I've blogged a few times.
And it's an absolute must I use my computer to get work done at my job.
