It matters not whether you win or lose; what matters is whether I win or lose.

I prefer non laddder. The idea of getting rich, just to have all your shit thrown to non ladder and having to start overn next season doesnt seem appealing to me.

I like ladder because getting rich is half the fun and you have all the neat ladder only runewords/items...fewer duped items typically as well. The restart of the ladder was interesting and was fun I thought though people who are more interested in just building different twinked out builds probably might like NL more just because as Sov said your wealth wont fluctuate as much if the ladder is reset again.

actually ladder is nice to play for atleast one season if you can bot because you can get alot of ladder only items and then when the ladder resets then you will be rich on non ladder by selling off all of the ladder only items because their vaule is so high.

If you want more of a challenge, play Ladder. I believe Blizzard actually says it is a tiny bit tougher than Non-Ladder.

Yes ladder is more challenging... On nonladder you can build an incredable character without much work. Ladder play was bliz's tactic to revive the dying d2 play and it was quite successful
