When my account was banned, I email this dude who works there and he said that my account was banned because i used hacks. I emailed him back asking for the hacks i used because i have never botted, used map hack or any of that stuff. His reply was that they do not keep a record of the hacks people used. So i emailed him again and said, "So basically Blizzard is just flexing their muscles to show that they have the power to ban accounts even tho they havent even done anything wrong." He hasnt responded in over 2 weeks...

Spector you have never never use any hack? on that account, no map hack no d2hackit, ? anyway, b.net recive millions of these email everydays, they don't really have the time to reply all of them and clear everysingle questions.
On that certain account i had never used any hacks at all. I didnt even trade with anyone lol. So i was trying to figure out why the hell that account got banned and my other 3 didn't
Well, one of my accounts banned was a mule I had just created and NEVER used except to transfer a couple of items. After that I just "burned" the character in while I went and did other things, occasionly checking to see if I timed out. After I was sure a couple of hours went by I logged out and had not touched it. To me this is 110% proof that the banning was done in to send a message to users and not too fix anything.
