Someone knows why Acropolis has been delete from the Public Shard section in UO Gateway?

question, it says ppl cant vote if they use a HOtmail or Yahoo address, where can somone het an e-mail that is not blocked from the voteing system? im sure if ppl knew where they could get one, the shard would have more votes.
