Low lvl barb weapons

Just started a low lvl pvp babba & went to equip it & found my mule acc pass changed (probly blizz & bot thing) with low lvl pvp items on i cant remeber what babba weapon i was going to use. please can u post some good suggestions for low babba weapons with stats & lvl req
i want to be about lvl 20 - 30

probably best item lvl 9 is waraxe but since your a bit higher,

a javalin /sword would be best

"Steal" runeword Flamberge (fast ) superior if possible.
tal-eth? i'd have to double check
malice isn't bad either

javalins, a rare winged harpoon is best

btw i have a 44-144 dmg lvl 25 harpoon 185 attack rating for trade east

i dont want to use rune words, looking for maybe an etheral item with open sockets for jewels so what gives best damage for the weapon?
any ideas welcome please!

the swords have decent base damage so runewords would work well, if you don't want to do that a rare weapon with ll/ml/ar/ed% will work nicely, running through cows norm-nm you should find quite a few of these, hopefully some with mods helpful to your build
