My Hammerdin is going to need a merc soon. What should it be and what should he have for gear?

A2 HF merc. For gear I would go with eth Tomb Reaver, Eth gaze, and Eth Uped Shaft.

It is the NightMare Defensive mercenary you can get in ActII at Greiz. Go with that gear, and Amn/PSkull the Tomb Reaver.

I doubt I can afford a tomb reaver - anyway it is a lvl 84 or so polearm. I may have to settle for my "AmnAmn" Bonehew.
