It's not the "takes ten years off the end of your life" thing that should deter people from smoking. It's the "becoming a nasty, stinking, rotting shell of a human being that eventually dies from horribly painful and slow throat cancer" thing that should deter people from smoking.

yeah my next door neighbor died about 3 days ago, most likely from smoking, they said he was coughing out blood and doctors couldnt do anything (probably coughing out his lung) well it was said, really said, he left his 16 year old son alone...no mother, i wonder whats going to happen now

I would rather restart smoking then lick a dog ass. At least smoking is more human. It's destroying and it is something that we are good at. Dog licking is just plain disgusting.
