If other state what team you think he will sign with and why or retirement.

Notes:

Canadiens - Traded a draft pick to the Maple Leafs for the rights to talk to Sundin before free agent day.

Maple Leafs - Sundin's old team he has a good chance of signing there, but I don't think the Leafs want him, I am unsure.

Canucks - Offered Sundin a 2-year, $20 million contract.

I would honestly love to see Sundin come to Montreal, he is an excellent veteran player who would help all the young players mature as players. He brings a lot to the table and would be a great asset to the Habs, he has a lot of offer.

The Leafs haven't been proving there worth the last few years and the Canucks in all fairness only have a few good players and would really need a major over haul to prove themselves in the years to come.

That's just my thoughts.

I`m thinking Canadiens too since Canucks don`t have very good players and If he wanted to sign with a shitty team he would just sign with toronto, and montreal is pretty deadly right now, with the recent signing of Alex Tanguay. (Very good pick up)
