Question Gamecube help.....

How do you transfer files on a gamecube memory card to another memory card????

Don't put a game in the GC, then let it load. It will come up to the system's main menu. Select Memory Card. Then select the game you want to transfer. Select Copy, and Copy the data onto the Memory Card in Slot B.

You can also hold the A button down when you turn the Gamecube on to get to the menu even if a game is in.

Thank you very much! Hmmm.......I have phantasy star online files on a memory card and I want to transfer it to the other memory card but I can't. Does anybody know how to? Or is it that you can't move it?

Files from the Dreamcast or what?

If it's for Gamecube you can transfer them using the methods stated above... if it's from the DC version of PSO you are screwed.

it is for the gamecube. i tried those methods above but it wouldn't move. so i'm not sure if you could move it or not.

You hold A on the start up screen then you will go to an option cube, select memory card, go into it, then transfer the files you want from memory slot A to memory slot B.
