Why Does This Happen?

Hi all this is my first time here. I was wondering why when I install diablo 2 on my comp. It works but when I install diablo 2 expansion it works till I turn my comp. off and try to pllay it another time it says disc not found? It would be a great help if someone could give me any information.

That happens to me sometimes. Try restarting your computer.

Well it WAS in another forum, a super mod or admin moved it I guess.

I have many times. There is a crack in the plastic part of the disc on the clear part on play disc though

There... Is.... a God damn CRACK in the disc........ It doesnt matter where it is.. it can still fuck up the information a little bit and it might be in a real vital spot

Crack in the disc will just get worse by the way. you better exchange it while ya can and reinstall.

Thank you all for helping! I will get a new one. I cant exgange cause my dad got it for me and he lives in flordia and I live in ohio

You can write Blizzard and send them your cracked CD, they will send you a new copy free of charge. Just go on their website and get the e-mail address, although I think it is support@blizzard.com
