I probably won't get it. I don't like monthly fees.

I don't either, but new games have made me think otherwise....
I currently play EarthandBeyond(great game), and plan to get Galaxies and/or WoW. I just need to get a job with them :P

I'll see if WoW is really that great, if it is... I might think of getting it, I just wish they would make it like 6 months fees. I dont think I will remember to save money to pay every month. But then again, I spend more money on lunch daily than what most MMORPG's charge monthleys... I guess one day of starvation is worth it.

All monthly fee games have 6month bulks. That is how I paid for Asherons Call and now EarthandBeyond.

Same here. I'd pay them if I could for a couple games, though. I'd rather pay once, but I understand why they do it this way.

Why do they do it this way? I'll tell ya

They do this for money reasons, to keep nice high quality servers running with people working with them 24/7. High bandwidth for less lagg. I better way to keep control of cheats(you dont just get you account banned, you get your account banned which means you can't get another one with the same information). So, basicly, Good Servers, High Speed Connection, More Updates, Good Service. Most games like this pay people(admins) to sit around and watch the place. Well worth it if you like High Quality Legit Gameing.

Acer, I said I know why they do it. I just can't afford the fees. Take what you Americans pay and double it for people here. $40 a month is a little ridiculous for one game.

I know you said you did, just telling everyone who dosent know. I dont think it will cost $40 a month. Most games are $10-15.
